ATTENDING EVENTS
Tickets for events organized by the Institute for Culture Slovenska Bistrica are generally available in advance, during the opening hours of the reception office, and one hour before the start of the event. Tickets can also be purchased via the Olaii website.
As we also rent out our spaces to other event organizers, ticket sales methods may vary for individual events (e.g. sales through other providers). Information about how to purchase tickets is always provided when the event is published on the website.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
During the year, the programme may change for justified reasons.
In the event of cancellation or changes to an event, the purchase price will be refunded the following week.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Photography and filming are permitted only by prior arrangement with the Institute’s management.
When photography is permitted, it should be carried out discreetly and with as little disturbance as possible.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive after the event has started, please wait for the first break in the programme (e.g. applause) and enter the hall then. During the programme, the hostess service is not permitted to let visitors into the venue. For theatre performances, entry is possible during intervals.
