https://www.biografski-sb.si The Biographical Lexicon of the Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica has been published.You can purchase it at the reception office of Slovenska Bistrica Castle for 25 €.In electronic form, it was published on the occasion of the municipal holiday in 2020 on the website of the Institute for Culture Slovenska Bistrica. It included a selection of just over 180 personalities who, in the past, left their mark through their work in Slovenska Bistrica and its wider surroundings and contributed to our shared development and recognition. Such a lexicon is never final, as life is transient and it is always worthwhile and necessary to include someone new.For this reason, the electronic version of the lexicon is regularly supplemented and updated. The number of described personalities has so far grown to more than 500 entries.The lexicon is available for your review. All suggestions and ideas are welcome.Taking the suggestions and ideas into account, we supplemented the lexicon and published it in book form in March 2021.To make it easier to search for people, press CTRL+F on your computer keyboard and enter, for example: Ingolič, Pučnik … then press next.Any changes and additions to the information about the presented persons, or suggestions for additional persons, can be sent to the editor of the Biographical Lexicon at the email address biografski@zavod-ksb.si.
