About the Exhibition
The Institute for Culture Slovenska Bistrica invited visual artists to contribute to a group exhibition held at the Grasl Tower Exhibition Space between October 8 and November 30, 2026. The call was open to amateur artists creating independently or within arts associations across the Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica.
The theme takes inspiration from the line by renowned Slovenian poet Kajetan Kovič, “Kako teče voda, nenehno nova – How Water Flows, Ever New,” opening a space for reflection on the continuous flow of life, time, and creativity. Water—as a symbol of movement, transformation, and endurance—captures both the constant changes of the world and humanity’s place within it. Though it may seem to be the same water flowing, every moment is truly unique, much like every creative process and artistic interpretation.
Selection Committee:
The works on display were selected by an expert jury consisting of Dr. Ferdinand Šerbelj, Andreja Borin, and Simona Škuc.
We warmly invite you to visit!
